Spiritual Corner -- Prayer to Jesus in the Tabernacle

Publié : Sep-20-2024

God hidden within the tabernacle, every night I come before you joyfully to thank you for your grace. I beg you to forgive all my trespasses of this day and let them be gone like dreams...

Oh Jesus, I would be so joyful if I have been faithful today, yet I have to regret every night for not being able to better use the grace you bestow upon me...If I have been more closely united with you, I would have been more loving to all my sisters, more humble and more giving, then I would not feel sad when I converse with you in my prayer. However, my God, I see my pitifulness. Yet I would not be discouraged because I come before you in trust. I am thinking that “it is not the healthy ones who need the doctor, but the sick”. Please heal me, forgive me. LORD, I must remember, “those who receive more forgiveness will love you more.”

I offer you my every heart beat, as an act of love and atonement. I unite them with your boundless merits. Oh my holy spouse, please be the doctor of my soul. I would not resist you working within me till I will have no other will but yours. Tomorrow, with the help of your grace , I will begin a new way of life with every moment acting with love and giving.

In this way, I will come to your altar every night till the last night of my life. That would be the time of endless sunshine and rest in your sacred heart, the end of a life of struggle and exile.

Amen.
Yours,
