親愛的主內兄弟姊妹：

我祈望各位均能與你們的家人共渡一個美好而又溫馨的聖誕。我在此敬告各位，其中一位於2021年12月27日（星期一）晚永願彌撒之參加者被確診染上新型冠狀病毒。堂區已將此事通知多倫多總教區與及所有當晚出席彌撒之人士。為安全計，聖堂已取消至年終之平日彌撒，並全面消毒。

此外，本人、陳聰敏神父、龔執事、Br. John、Br. Matthew、Br. Louis、楊修女、羅修女、辨事處職員與彌撒當晚義工均進行測試，全部安好無恙及沒有出現任可病癥。

因此，今晚 (31日) 7時45分明供聖體、9時天主之母節前夕彌撒均如期舉行，新年日之特別禮儀及 1月 2日之主日彌撒均無更改。

對各位之不斷支持，本人謹此致謝，願天主多加保佑你們及你們的家人。並祝有一個平安又愉快之新年！

Memo: COVID-19 Exposure

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I hope you are enjoying a nice and warm Christmas break with your loved ones. I would like to inform you that a guest who attended the Perpetual Profession Mass on Monday, Dec.27, 2021 has been tested positive for COVID-19. As a precaution, we have notified the Archdiocese of Toronto and all those who attended the Mass that evening regarding this incident. Proper safety measures were taken such as cancellations of the 8am Mass for the remainder of the year and sanitization of the entire Church.

In addition, COVID-19 tests were performed on myself, Fr. Philip, Deacon Tom, Br. John, Br. Matthew, Br. Louis, Sr. Magdalena, Sr. Thomas, office staff and volunteers who participated in the Perpetual Profession Mass. All test results were negative and no one is showing any signs of COVID-19 symptoms.

As a result, the Adoration at 7:45 this evening (31st) and the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God Vigil Mass will be held as planned. Liturgy schedule for New Year’s Day and Sunday Mass on January 2, 2022 will remain unchanged.
