Variety Show 2025 - Performance

We cordially invite Ministries or Support Groups in our parish to participate in this amazing event!

Relevant info for Performers:

• Useful Notes and Rules for Performers (SATCC Variety Show)
• Form 1 - Performance Basic Info - Provide a primary contact person for your performance to Program Team, they will be responsible for all the performance details and communication with Program Team.

  • Performers to submit before September 21.
• Form 2 - Performance Details and Stage Requirements Checklist - Please provide performance details and stage requirements checklist. All applicable scripts (for skits), media files (e.g. Powerpoint, audio file, video file, CD, DVD, etc...) as well as any necessary special lighting/props placement requirements (as properly marked in the stage layout sheet) for your performance. 
  
  • Performers to submit before October 19.
• Form 3 - Photo Release and Media Consent - Due to privacy protection and the media consent for individuals, it is mandatory for all performing groups to fill this form by November 2.
