聖灰禮儀

3 月 5 日 (星期三) 是聖灰禮儀，教友於該日當守大小齋。即日開始教會禮儀年進入四旬期，鼓勵教友在此四旬期內應多行克己、祈禱及守齋的神功，同時辦妥善告解、行愛德善功，求天主寬赦眾人之罪！教友於該日當守大小齋。

聖灰禮儀彌撒中，將為教友施放聖灰。

• 上午 8 時 (粵語) 及
• 晚上 7 時 (國、粵語)

當晚由 6 時 15分起將有穿梭巴士服務。往來本堂及 St. Augustine Catholic High School 之停車塲。

苦路善功

四旬期內藉著拜苦路，我們能默想主耶穌為我們所受的苦難，並反省在生活中如何實踐耶穌的教導。鼓勵教友踴躍前來參與。

苦路善功日期時間如下：

• 粵語：四旬期內由 3 月 7 日起 (逢星期五 - 晚上 7 時)**。
• 國語：3 月 8 、22日 及 4 月 5 日 (星期六 - 晚上 7 時 45 分)
• 英語：3 月 15 及 29 日 (星期六 - 晚上 7 時 45 分)
  鼓勵家長帶領家中孩童來參與。

**備注：四旬期內 3 、4月份 首瞻禮六 (3 月 7 日 及 4 月 4 日) 早上 8 時彌撒後朝拜聖體至下午 6 時。7 時開始拜苦路。(當晚首瞻禮六晚上彌撒取消。)

四旬期國語避靜 - 靈修組舉辦

• 日期: 3 月 8 日 (星期六)
• 時間: 上午 9:45 至 下午 3:30
• 地點: 地庫陸之樂堂
• 神師: 馮二會神父
• 主題: 「全心歸主，效法基督」

教友可於 3 月 1、2 日及 3 月 8、9 日兩個主日的各台彌撒後接受登記報名。費用全免，備簡餐；飲料，請自備餐盤，水杯。歡迎教友踴躍參與。

四旬期粵語避靜 - 靈修組舉辦

• 日期: 3 月 15 日 (星期六)
• 時間: 上午 9:45 至 下午 3:30
• 地點: 地庫陸之樂堂
• 神師: 李家銘執事
• 主題:「在四旬期內怎樣破地獄」

教友可於 3 月 1、2 日及 3 月 8、9 日兩個主日的各台彌撒後接受登記報名。費用全免，備簡餐；飲料，請自備餐盤，水杯。歡迎教友踴躍參與。

四旬期告解日

為讓我們作好準備，迎接復活慶節，教區內所有聖堂將安排為教友聽告解，使我們能真正更新悔改，體驗天主的愛。希望大家能安排時間前來與主、與人修和，準備過一個有意義的復活節。

Lent Events Schedule

Ash Wednesday

March 5 is Ash Wednesday. Abstinence and fasting should be observed on that day. During the Lenten season, Catholics are encouraged to lead a life of prayer, penance, abstinence and almsgiving while meditating on the passion of Jesus and begging for the atonement of sins.

Ashes will be distributed during the Masses.

• 8:00 am (Cantonese) and
• 7:00 pm (Mandarin and Cantonese) 

Shuttle bus service between church and St. Augustine Catholic High School will begin at 6:15 pm.

Stations of The Cross during Lent

Starting from March 7 and throughout Lent, there will be ‘Stations of the Cross’. Through making the spiritual pilgrimage of prayer, we meditate on Christ’s sufferings and death and examine how we practise the teachings of Jesus in our daily lives.

Parishioners are encouraged to take part in this devotion as the following schedule: 

• Cantonese: starting March 7, on Friday evenings at 7:00 pm.**;
• Mandarin: on March 8 & 22, and April 5 (Saturday - at 7:45 pm);
• English: on March 15 & 29 (Saturday - at 7:45 pm).

** Remarks: On the first Friday of March & April (March 7 & April 4), the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will begin after the 8:00 am mass and finish at 6:00 pm. Stations of the Cross will start at 7:00 pm. Holy Mass in the evening will be cancelled.

Lent Reconciliation

Let us grasp this opportunity to make a good confession, to reconcile with God and our neighbors, and to prepare ourselves for Easter.
