ShareLife Mental Health and Family Support Seminar

Our parish will host a free seminar - Understanding Parkison’s and Alzheimer’s Diseases on Saturday, June 13, from 1pm to 3pm. The guest speaker, a counsellor from Catholic Family Services of York Region, will explore the connection between Chinese culture and mental health, and share practical strategies for managing emotional challenges and supporting oneself and others. The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. All are welcome.
