ShareLife Mental Health and Family Support Seminar

Our parish will host a Mental Health and Family Support Seminar on Saturday, May 31, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The guest speakers are counsellors from Catholic Family Services of York Region*, will explore the connection between Chinese culture and mental health, and share practical strategies for managing emotional challenges and supporting oneself and others.  All are welcome.
