靈修片語 -- 對聖教宗的感言對我而言，常年期第廿九主日是一個特別的主日，因為這一天也是我敬愛的聖教宗若望保祿二世的慶日。 聖教宗若望保祿二世在世的時候我尚未信主，對主的教會並不認識、對宗教信仰也缺乏熱忱。但不知為何，每當電視上 出現了聖教宗的新聞時，我總會立即放下手頭上的工作去專心 聆聽報導。我記憶最深刻的是晚年患上了柏甘遜症的教宗的臉容。當時的我對那位白髮蒼蒼、身體傴僂的教會最高領導，有 莫名的敬佩及憐惜。但與此同時，心裡卻有兩個不解的疑問： 第一，這位教宗年紀老邁，疾病纏身，但仍然緊守崗位，他究 竟憑甚麼力量可以這樣堅持下去？第二，承受著工作重擔及病 痛煎熬，他為何仍然可以這樣喜樂與安祥？ 轉眼之間，聖教宗逝世已有十八年。這期間，慈悲的天父 亦藉著我對聖教宗的敬愛及「好奇」而漸漸將我向衪拉近。因 著主的恩竉我終於在2016年領洗。我想聖教宗在天上亦會因我這罪人的皈依而展露出他那含蓄的、充滿魅力的「招牌...Posted: Oct-20-2023
